The Voice of Women and Leadership — Strategic Launch in Odesa

On May 29, a strategic meeting marked the beginning of a new phase in the “Voice of Women and Leadership — Ukraine” project. The event united women’s civil society organizations from Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions, launching a strong regional wave that will gradually spread across the country. The Roma Rights Center was proudly represented — the participation of our activist symbolized the visibility and engagement of the Roma community in women’s leadership. Organized by the Ukrainian Women’s Fund with the support of the Government of Canada, the meeting was honored by the presence of the Canadian Ambassador to Ukraine, Nataliya Tymots, who emphasized the importance of women’s voices: “You are all leaders.” The gathering served not only as a platform for dialogue but as a space of solidarity, strength, and confidence in moving forward together.
