Partnership
Roma youth as mediators of change
We offer targeted training for Roma youth, helping them develop leadership qualities, civic engagement skills, and decision-making abilities. Our Roma mediators become community role models and agents of positive change. They identify and research pressing issues, provide support, and work toward practical solutions. Acting as a bridge between Roma communities and local authorities, mediators help ensure the effective protection of Roma rights at the local level and promote their integration into broader society.
Roma Youth Platform
Our office serves as a vibrant space for like-minded young people — a place for cultural exchange, meaningful leisure, and learning new skills. We regularly organize integration and educational activities for Roma and non-Roma youth to promote civic awareness and social involvement. These include trainings, seminars, creative workshops, masterclasses, film screenings, board game evenings, and other events that help break stereotypes and support the inclusion of Roma youth in Ukrainian society.
Roma for Roma: Engage. Train. Employ.
We are a Roma-led organization committed to developing the professional potential of the Roma community and involving its members directly in our team’s work. We support our activists by sending them to trainings held by partner organizations and by running our own educational programs to build essential skills. Our goal is to increase the qualifications of Roma youth, create employment opportunities, and bring more Roma professionals into our organization. At the heart of our work is the principle “Roma for Roma” — because only by working together can we truly transform our communities for the better.
