During the training “How to recognize personality types and build effective communication in a team, community and multicultural environment,” we explored the DISC model — learning why some people make quick decisions, others inspire, some maintain harmony, and others dive into analysis. Participants learned to recognize different communication styles and adapt to them. Topics included how to respect differences, avoid conflicts, support one another, and create space for understanding. The atmosphere was warm and supportive, full of new connections, laughter, and deep insight. This was more than just a training — it was a journey of self-discovery and empathy.
