What happened?

We explored how local governments work and what levels of decision-making exist.

Trainer Denys Vlasenko helped us understand the structure of local self-government and shared effective tools for building partnership-based communication.

What did the program include?

Introduction to the basics of working with local authorities (LAs) and their role in society.
Learning key approaches for successful communication with government representatives.
Defining our organization’s priorities in cooperation with local authorities.
And of course — friendly discussions and delicious coffee ☕️

It was a productive day filled with learning, new ideas, and inspiration for future collaboration.
