The Roma Rights Center took part in a two-day experience-sharing event for partner organizations, organized by the international humanitarian initiative HIAS.

The event became a unique opportunity for civil society representatives to deepen their professional skills, learn new community tools, and strengthen inter-organizational cooperation.

Participants worked through key topics:

🔹 CPAR (client primary assistance referral system) – as an effective approach to supporting vulnerable populations.

🔹 Practices of humane, respectful treatment of every person during the provision of social, legal, or psychological support.

🔹 Use of modern media as a tool for social impact.

🎤 A special highlight was the speech by Valeriy Prodan, a Roma filmmaker and PR manager at the Roma Rights Center, who shared his experience in creating social video materials and managing information campaigns on social media.

The event fostered trust, idea exchange, and joint motivation to pursue positive change in communities.
