This meeting became a safe and inspiring space where participants could:

  • Talk about their fears, anxieties, and emotional struggles, self-care.

  • Learn techniques for managing stress and try out supportive exercises.

  • Reflect on the highlights and gaps of the past year and set clear goals for the year ahead.



Thanks to breathing techniques, visualization, and guided reflection, participants found tools to support themselves in facing life’s challenges.


As always, we ended the event with laughter, sweet treats, and a fun round of the Bunker game!
